Hellhound, the appropriately released on a Friday 13th is the new EP by 'The Boy With The Greyhound Tattoo' and gives a loose 21st century spin on Hammer Horror monsters through four modern stories of anxiety, antagonism, animosity and fear - songs for Halloween perhaps and he will be performing it live for the very first time at our shop on SATURDAY 21st SEPTEMBER, a small tour will then follow to accompany the release.

Based in North Wales, Mike Flaherty - aka The Boy With The Greyhound Tattoo - has a genre bending pedigree. From a classical background under the tuition of Gaven Bryars to a record deal in the 1990’s with an indie rock band from Coventry, a brief diversion singing backing vocals for Suggs and a mosey around the modern ukulele festival circuit. He is a multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, songwriter and producer with an ear for a pop melody, a passion for Minimalism, an appreciation of quality lyrics and a deep love of greyhounds.

Repeat set times for this on 21st September at our new shop are, 12PM, 1PM and 2PM

Each set is approximately 20/25 mins a time - the four EP tracks with a different song either end each time - he will have CDs and Cassettes available on the day.
