At Vod Music, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our website, those who make reservations on our online store, those wishing to book a table at one of our North Wales Record Fairs and subscribers to our mailing list. When someone visits http://www.vodmusic.co.uk we do not install any cookies (tracking or otherwise) on your computer or currently use any third-party services such as Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information or details of visitor behaviour patterns. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Online Store Reservation

When you make a reservation through our online store - http://store.vodmusic.co.uk/ we take your name and email address so that we may send an order confirmation to yourself and use it to identify you when collecting and paying for your reserved items when you come and visit the shop. We will then only initiate any follow-up emails strictly in relation to queries and updates relating to your reservation and nothing else. After collection, your information is kept strictly confidential as part of our reservation/sales records and will not be used by us for any other data purposes. Both your name and email address is kept strictly private and would never be shared without your prior consent.

Booking a Record Fair Table

When you email fairs@vodmusic.co.uk to book a stall at one of our record fairs your information/contact details/email address is kept strictly confidential and will only be used by us to contact you over the relevant booking application and will not be shared with anyone else.

Mailing List Sign Up

As part of the registration process for our email newsletter, the only personal information we collect and add to our mailing list is your email address. We use that information to only contact you when we have relevant updates about The Mold Record Shop or North Wales Record Fairs. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. Your email address is kept strictly private and would never be shared without your prior consent.
